The online and offline i-Coaches Network connects Inclusion Coaches and facilitates exchange, training and intervision about promoting an inclusive neighbourhood. The i-Coaching Network offers volunteers tools and skills to work at a local level on connection, safety and an inclusive society. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the i-Coaching training pathway, volunteers and key figures in the neighborhood will be trained in the Critical Reflexive Methodology, a dialogue method to guide discussions about discrimination and inclusion and to increase mutual understanding and connection. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
